Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join our growing insurance defense practice group. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of premises liability and labor law cases
• Oversee every phase of a case from case intake and investigation through discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom representation

Requirements

• A JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the New York State Bar
• 4+ years of experience in general liability defense litigation from inception through trial
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Bonus Experience

• Experience handling Construction Liability and Labor Law matters
• Familiarity with legal issues related to not-for-profit organizations
• Prior involvement in Child Victim Act cases or related litigation
