Senior Litigation Associate - Consilio LLC : Job Details

Consilio's client seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney with at least 5 years of experience.

Job Details:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Location: Remote
• Duration: 12months+
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Pay rate: $95 - $105 per hour, depending on qualifications

Job Duties:

• Legal research and writing, including writing the first draft of briefs and motions such that only minor review and editing are needed by the managing partner
• Discovery: handling interrogatories; assimilating discovery that comes in and helping discovery get out
• Preparing partner for key depositions of the case
• Trial preparation and potential second chairing if the matter goes to court
• Ability to lead a team of more junior litigation attorneys

Requirements:

• Collaboration with partner and other team members
• Ability to work independently and deliver work product with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in any US jurisdiction
• 5 years of experience at a law firm, in-house, or both

The hourly rate range for this position is approximately $95 - $105 per hour. A specific rate of pay for a project will be discussed with you if it is determined that you are a potential fit for a role.
