Summary of the Position:
Tishman Speyer is looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to join the Studio team based out of our regional office in San Francisco.
Our Sales team is crucial to building the Studio brand. To continue developing an outstanding flex office space business, we need a vast community of members and a growing interest in our office spaces. Reporting to the Studio Head of Leasing, you will be responsible for generating a new pipeline of potential Members, driving business across the West coast market, and helping to expand the Studio brand.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales initiatives and will work on deals him/herself, as well as co-manage part of the community team to lease-up Studio locations. To do so, this role will work with and build relationships with the regional leasing teams, with local brokers, and with the community teams to drive sales across Studio and Studio Private globally. Additionally, this role should, together with the Head of Sales, create sales SOPs and trainings for the Studio community, and will be responsible for developing initiatives and campaigns to improve the sales performance for the different products. Lastly, this role will be responsible for working with the local teams to ensure the retention of our members.
Your key responsibilities:
Generate sales pipeline and identify new opportunities for Studio locations
Prospect for potential Studio member companies
Conduct outreach via email and cold calls to set up pitch meetings in order to educate future members on Studio
Scheduling meetings / tours to create interest in the product and set up qualified meetings for the locations in market
Own Full Sales Cycles
Own full sales cycle for small to medium business (SMB) opportunities in partnership with Studio Sales, Tishman Speyer leasing and onsite Studio Community teams to meet and maintain buildings target occupancy
Includes touring, pitching, negotiating, and contract execution with assistance from Sales Manager
Excite prospects by conducting stellar tours, understanding client needs, and telling the Studio by Tishman Speyer story
Transact on SMB opportunities with support of Sales Manager
Inbound Responsiveness
Respond to and educate inbound inquiries; disseminate when necessary
Assist with updating the leasing and marketing platforms to attract new members
Meet or exceed goals for desk sales and exceed KPIs related to prospecting, outreach, and sales activity that drive business for Studio
Manage lead, tour, and opportunity pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management platform
Help develop marketing ideas to reach new audiences and drive tours into the space
Share feedback on marketing campaigns with Director of Marketing and Sales Manager
About you:
Qualifications:
College graduate with four-year degree
5+ years of experience in sales, leasing, coworking
Sales and business operations experience required
Due to the nature of the role this position requires onsite presence
Critical Competencies for Success :
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing
Demonstrated experience in prospecting, customer service and relationship building
Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
Eager to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
*This role requires an onsite presence and the ability to travel to the following markets: Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin & Chicago
The base compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
This base range reflects a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill sets, and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyers San Francisco team, as weve considered factors specific to this geography.
