Job Description :

As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant within Vanguard's Finance Division, you will design, implement, and oversee innovative approaches and programs that drive crew development and career growth. This role plays a critical part in shaping learning initiatives that empower our finance professionals to excel and advance their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Design crew development and career planning programs and ensure senior managers and crew understand the purposes and methods of these programs.
  • Monitor and analyze learning and development practices and processes to determine their efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend areas of improvement to deliver higher quality services and outcomes.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal partners and the learning and development team to discuss changes that impact learning design, development, or program delivery.
  • Determine internal partners' learning and development needs to help them achieve key objectives and drive outcomes.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five years related work experience, with at least two (2) years of learning and development experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience within the financial field is strongly encouraged.
  • This is a hybrid role with 3 days in-office at our Malvern, PA campus.
