About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our widely respected and growing Site/Civil Division in any our Saratoga Springs, NY Office Location. Why Join MJ?

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and deliver concept, preliminary, and final designs for commercial, multi-family, transportation and site master plan type projects.
• Guide the preparation of construction documents including technical specifications.
• Conduct researching into zoning codes, regulatory frameworks, and relevant case studies to support project development and preparation of site master plans.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams in developing compelling proposals, graphics and presentations.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with clients, community stakeholders, and collaborating organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• RLA Required.
• 10+ years of landscape design experience.
• Business Development experience desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Public presentation experience desirable.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
