Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and deliver concept, preliminary, and final designs for commercial, multi-family, transportation and site master plan type projects.
- Guide the preparation of construction documents including technical specifications.
- Conduct researching into zoning codes, regulatory frameworks, and relevant case studies to support project development and preparation of site master plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams in developing compelling proposals, graphics and presentations.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with clients, community stakeholders, and collaborating organizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- RLA Required.
- 10+ years of landscape design experience.
- Business Development experience desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Public presentation experience desirable.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively participate as part of a project team, develop and maintain client relations, and meet project demands and schedules.
