Senior IT Project Manager
The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects delivering business applications used in energy efficiency programs. The Project Manager will be directly responsible for the success of the customer and the projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, capable of planning, managing, and executing software projects effectively.

- Proven experience as a project manager in software implementations, including migration projects and new client deliverables.
- Ability to self-prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fluid environment.
- Solid technical background with understanding of business applications such as Salesforce.com.
- Strong relationship-building skills across functional areas.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams through tight timelines and difficult discussions.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the business-side project manager on Salesforce.com implementations, from conception to post-implementation support.
- Communicating effectively with onshore and offshore development teams and key stakeholders, fluency in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Maintaining strategic alignment, promoting transparency, and resolving conflicts among stakeholders.
- Providing project updates to senior executives, including progress, risks, and issues.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and negotiating tasks.
- Coordinating with other project managers and the Project Delivery Director for resource planning and best practices sharing.
- Leading projects with minimal supervision, including scope development, detailed planning, risk management, and documentation.
