Title: Senior IT Process Manager

Compensation: Salary: $65,000-$85,000 Per Year

Oversee and drive the execution of healthcare technology initiatives.

• Lead coordination of IT projects aligning with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and timely project delivery.
• Act as the central communication point among stakeholders and teams.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolve issues to maintain project trajectory.
• Lead and coordinate healthcare IT projects from initiation to implementation.
• Serve as the primary liaison among clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data security standards.
• Facilitate project meetings and presentations to engage stakeholders.

• 5 years of experience in healthcare IT project coordination or management, with 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
