Job Description :

Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Responsible for the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications. Assist business partners with requirements gathering and test planning, including creating comprehensive end-to-end test plans. Design, configure, and test system functionality changes, such as creating flex fields, modifying fast formulas, building elements, and setting up tables. Collaborate with functional departments to identify necessary system definitions or changes. Coordinate with other IT areas responsible for file transfers, security administration, reporting, databases, and other functions. Investigate and resolve system functional and technical errors, troubleshoot systems and data, and generate solutions, which may include system enhancements or fixes.

Option to telecommute full-time from states where Providence has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX).

Applicants must have:

  • A. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Commerce, or related field.
  • B. 5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • C. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
  • D. 2 years of demonstrated experience managing medium to complex projects, including system deployment, support, and lifecycle management; experience in process improvement, change management, and operational improvements in complex systems.
  • E. Expertise with large-scale ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion), PeopleSoft, or Workday.
  • F. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle BI Publisher, Kronos, and Report Writer software.
  • G. Strong SQL skills.
  • H. Ability to schedule and troubleshoot standard and audit reports, perform data and role security administration, and manage approval framework rules and BPM tasks.
  • I. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • J. Support for technical, operational, and application needs of complex or multiple applications from end-to-end.
  • K. Ability to utilize monitoring tools to evaluate application health.
  • L. Skilled in developing multifaceted testing plans for complex systems.

    The listed amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, shift incentives, or bonuses.
