Position OverviewDOI's Squad 1 conducts investigations into corruption, fraud, waste, and other criminal conduct involving the Department of Correction, Department of Probation, and Board of Correction. We are seeking a Senior Investigative Attorney/Assistant Inspector General responsible for planning, managing, and supervising sex crimes investigations, including report drafting and policy recommendations. The role may also involve assisting in complex investigations into fraud, waste, or other criminal activities. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating sexual misconduct and strong legal or policy writing skills.
Additional RequirementsSelected candidates will undergo fingerprinting, a background check, and a review of their consumer credit history, as permitted by NYC law.
