  • What You Will Be DoingLead the development of compelling design concepts and presentations for high-profile commercial interior projects
  • Collaborate with strategic planners to bring fresh, trend-driven ideas to life
  • Direct multidisciplinary project teams and consultants to deliver cohesive, innovative solutions
  • Work closely with clients to define project goals, spatial functions, budgets, and aesthetic direction
  • Produce conceptual designs using advanced visualization and graphic techniques; support PMs with early cost estimations
  • Oversee and mentor design team members in the production of specifications, working drawings, and construction documents
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards
  • Who You Are 8–15+ years of professional experience in commercial workplace interiors or architecture
  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and InDesign
  • Proven ability to manage complex project components and deliverables across multiple phases
  • A robust portfolio showcasing previous workplace design projects
