Senior Interfaces Administrator Remote - distance, Canada - Insurity : Job Details

Insurity is hiring for the Senior Interfaces Administrator role. This highly technical position focuses on supporting and enhancing the automation and integration infrastructure in a 24x7 high-availability production environment. The role involves planning, implementing, and maintaining automated integration processes primarily using Java, PowerShell, and SQL. It contributes to regression testing, monitoring, and triaging integration issues across multiple environments and systems. The resource will act as technical lead and mentor, guiding small distributed teams and supporting ongoing optimization of automation and support processes.

• Plan and execute the incorporation of all live integrations into production operations processes.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of documentation for managing production integrations with various Insurity products.
• Continuously optimize integration support processes, monitoring, and reporting.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and ongoing execution of automated integration regression testing.
• Demonstrate technical leadership and experience to manage small distributed teams of technical resources.
• Provide backup coverage for Interfaces Analyst roles.
• Participate in special projects involving customer data and environments as needed.
• Provide second-level triage and recovery of automated processes across multiple DART sites.
• Specify necessary automation tasks and code the DART system framework in Java.
• Mentor team members and stay current on industry trends and best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Proficient knowledge and experience in Windows OS, Linux, Networking, and Systems Engineering.
• Ability to write and debug code in Java and PowerShell.
• SQL Server and Microsofts Software Suite experience.
• Single Sign-On solutions (e.g., PingFederate, EasyConnect, Auth0).
• Understanding of batch processing and automation; Application SDLC.
