Job DescriptionCandidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Indiana. This role has the option for a hybrid or flexible work from home schedule after an in-person onboarding. The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000/year and is commensurate with experience. The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Crimson Services Center Data Analysts team. In this pivotal position, you will be the first point of contact for alumni and donor data requests, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from the moment a request is made until it's fulfilled. As the first point of contact for alumni and donor data requests, you'll review each submission to ensure it's complete, accurate, and compliant with policy before assigning it to the appropriate analyst. You'll work closely with requesters to clarify details, gather missing information, and confirm the right approvals are in place. As a subject matter expert in intake procedures, you'll guide colleagues through our web-based project management system and help maintain turnaround times that meet or exceed expectations. In this role, you'll help balance team capacity while identifying opportunities to improve processes. - Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative, project management, or technical support experience required.
- Combinations of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Experience with project management systems (e.g., Workfront) preferred.
- Background in data management or data governance strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trust with the customer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of incoming requests while maintaining timely follow-through.
