Industrial Engineer, Senior at Booz Allen for Navy clients. Industrial engineer will play an integral role in strategic planning and execution required to provide Navy clients with big‑picture ideas rooted in technical and data‑driven solutions that will help propel them into the future and ensure military and maritime dominance.
ResponsibilitiesConduct process and supply chain analyses of critical weapon systems to provide recommendations for optimization. Analyze manufacturing processes using a variety of tools and develop and present actionable recommendations for process improvements to optimize throughput. Collaborate directly with suppliers and the U.S. Navy to implement changes and monitor progress while identifying further risks to production schedules and quality. Support cross‑functional teams performing similar work and mentor junior employees. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to improve communication and workflow. Eager to develop acquisition, program management, and logistics expertise with a direct finger on policies, guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office.

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. Projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
