Snyk is expanding our Customer Solutions team and hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant. You will work closely with Development and Security leaders from our customers to enhance their security programs using the Snyk Cloud Native Application Security Platform.

As our customer base grows, so does the need for post-sales support, creating an opportunity to deliver a world-class onboarding experience and ensure customer success.

The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of the SDLC, consulting best practices, and enterprise DevOps architectures. They should possess a blend of technical expertise, client and project management skills, and the ability to lead multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.

• Deliver value by owning project delivery from kick-off to closure for customer implementations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on status, schedule, and risks.
• Conduct kick-offs, planning sessions, and delivery meetings.
• Facilitate customer outcomes across teams.
• Manage and optimize onboarding practices.
• Represent customer technical requirements internally and externally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support.

• 5+ years of technical consulting or customer-facing SaaS implementation experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
• Interest and understanding of application security and developer-first approaches.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Strong consultative, technical, client, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience as a technical account manager, solution architect, or similar role in AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps.
• Security certifications like CEH, CISSP, or CSSLP.
• Experience with enterprise web development and microservices.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
