The Opportunity

Homecare Homebase is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Financial, to play a key role in the successful implementation of our home health and hospice software. This individual will support our efforts to deliver quality implementations and promote product adoption across agencies nationwide.

The Challenge

At Homecare Homebase, we assist home health and hospice organizations in overcoming business and technological challenges to improve patient care and operational efficiency. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, Financial, you will guide customers through the implementation process and deployment of our software for multiple sites across the U.S., focusing on financial setup and design. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading clients through Discovery, Design, Build, and Test phases, ensuring adherence to methodology.
  • Guiding customers towards best practices.
  • Communicating effectively to understand customer needs, goals, and strategies; translating these into initiatives and solutions.
  • Supporting change management efforts for successful adoption of Homecare Homebase.
  • Researching customer inquiries and identifying issues.
  • Investigating data functionality and reporting problems to support teams, providing steps for resolution.
  • Maintaining knowledge of product updates and new functionalities.
  • Providing feedback on team members' performance to aid employee evaluation and team improvement strategies.
  • Promoting CARES core values and fostering a positive work environment.

    Education and experience requirements include:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 3+ years' experience in home health or hospice, with customer support or software training.
    • Proven problem-solving and leadership skills.
    • Valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle.
