Analysis of complex financial data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability Perform complex statistical, cost and financial analysis on reported and forecasted results Development of reporting and interpretation of financial and clinical reports to identify trends and review analytical outcomes with both financial and non-financial audiences Development/ Enhancement of system-wide KPIs for volume and financial based metrics Role is heavily project-based that necessitates both an individual and team structure including development of presentations to executive leadership Serve as a leader/mentor in the analytics space across the finance department including education, training, and use of best practices Perform under tight deadlines.
