We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team onsite at our manufacturing plant in Archbold, OH.As the Senior HR Generalist, reporting to the Human Resources Manager onsite at our Archbold, Ohio plant location, you will provide strategic Human Resources support to the team including employee relations, labor relations, employee engagement, collaboration with operations leadership, project management, and coaching and training.You will:Serve as a strategic HR partner to operations leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, labor relations, and engagement initiatives.Lead Human Resource programs including EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, and turnover issues.Coach and advise managers on resolving complex employee issues and implementing HR programs.Collaborate cross-functionally with HR peers and corporate teams (Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, etc.) to align HR strategies with business goals.Analyze HR data and trends to generate actionable insights, support decision-making, and influence leadership strategies.Manage and support training and development initiatives, including coaching leaders and facilitating HR-related workshops.Drive HR project management efforts, including internal bid reviews, recruitment pipeline coordination, and talent planning.You Have:Bachelor's degree5+ years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment including employee relations, leading investigations, coaching, labor law, and organizational development.Labor relations experience.Familiarity with payroll, leaves of absence, benefits, and compensation administration.Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC, and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills.Experience managing projects.Experience with human resource systems.Experience with conflict management and mediation.Direct experience with labor relations in a collective workforce setting.Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.Number of days onsite at the manufacturing plant: 5 days a week.Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 15 vacation days, 6 additional days off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with matching and contributions.#LI-MH1 #LI-Onsite #LI-MSLCompensation:Pay Range: $81,000-$118,000The actual salary will depend on location, experience, and other factors.
