Senior HSE Engineer - Honeywell International : Job Details

Lead and support HSE programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Honeywell policies. Drive continuous improvement in HSE culture and performance through proactive engagement with employees and leadership. Develop and implement world-class HSE management systems, integrating best practices into daily operations. Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Oversee PPE programs, machinery safety/ LOTO, ergonomics, air permitting, hazardous and non-hazardous waste and wastewater management, and hazard communication. Deliver regulatory, corporate, and site-specific HSE training. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action verification. Perform internal audits and drive compliance initiatives. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, ensuring adherence to evolving HSE requirements.
