Our client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep hands-on experience managing and configuring Workday Benefits. This role is key in maintaining and evolving benefits administration processes within the HR system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of Workday Benefits, including open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, plan setup, and compliance-related processes. Own and prioritize ongoing and cyclical projects related to benefits and core HCM processes. Support HR system updates, testing cycles, and new feature enablement in coordination with HR, Payroll, and Total Rewards teams. Partner cross-functionally to align system capabilities with operational needs, while ensuring consistent documentation and knowledge sharing. Help maintain data quality through audits and support HR data governance and compliance efforts.
