Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Senior HR Service Center Representative for our client in the IT Services domain. Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Location: Pasadena, CA (Partially Remote)

Salary: $24.00/Hourly

Role Description: The Senior HR Service Center Representative must have 2-4+ years of experience.

Qualifications:

- Outlook, Oracle, and Salesforce systems knowledge required.

- Outlook, Oracle, Salesforce, Taleo, and Cisco systems knowledge preferred.

- Expected Shift: 8:30am-5:30pm

- Top Three Skillsets needed: Customer Service, Patient and High capacity.

- Top three things you will be doing: Answering phones, answering Chats, answering helpdesk items(emails).

Note: Possible extension based on budgeting approved for 2025.

Education: BA/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2-4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
