I am leading a search for a HR leadership role in NYC with a global technology firm embarking on a transformation within its US operations. This Senior HR Director opportunity is truly unique in its level of strategic focus.
The company is rebuilding its HR model from the ground up, separating all HR operations and HR strategy and talent work. The role will be 100% focused on partnering with leadership to drive business results and change and a number of talent initiatives. It reports into an extremely impressive international HR leader who would be phenomenal to learn from.
This role will also partner with a newly appointed commercial leader in a high-growth division. It requires strong business acumen, transformation experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. This is a commercial HR role at its finest!
