UT Health East Texas comprises 9 hospitals, over 90 clinics, nearly 7,500 employees, and more than 1,000 licensed inpatient beds. We provide healthcare services through our hospitals, clinics, Level 1 trauma facility, air emergency fleet, and EMS service.
Responsibilities
- The Senior HR Business Partner ensures alignment between business operations and HR practices for their client group.
- They collaborate with department leaders to develop solutions to talent issues and opportunities, supporting managers and teams to drive results aligned with business strategy.
- The role involves mentoring and supervising HRBPs and supporting ambulatory areas at UT Health Tyler, including physician services, urgent care, and outpatient services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting Directors and above, with extensive experience in a business partner model.
- 2+ years of consulting with leaders.
- Experience facilitating meetings, discussions, and training programs.
- SHRM certification and/or extensive knowledge of current HR practices, principles, and trends.
