• Mentor and train branch staff on products and services.
• Collaborate with bankers to meet with clients and introduce additional financial products.
• Create an outstanding customer experience through various marketing and outreach efforts.
• Develop strong relationships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations.
• Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, providing consultative advice based on financial analysis and customer needs.

• At least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines.

• Experience with FHA/VA sales.
• Strong marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in Windows-based PC applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales or real estate.

This role requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act, including criminal background checks, credit review, and NMLS registration. Employment is contingent upon meeting these regulatory requirements and maintaining active NMLS registration.
