Overview

R&P is seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. We are a small defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management, and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Senior HM&E LFT&E SME ready to join a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for HM&E systems, test, and evaluation.
  • Support shipboard T&E events both in port and underway.
  • Attend meetings and conferences on T&E strategy development.
  • Review and contribute to documents and program products supporting LFT&E requirements.
  • Participate in working groups supporting LFT&E planning and execution.
  • Support shipboard teams in preparing for and executing LFT&E and delivery events.
  • Provide CDRL metrics for review.
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Secret clearance required
