You'll work directly with the lead recruiter, CEO, and GTM leadership to source, engage, and close top-tier sales, marketing, and customer success talent. We don't just fill seats—we hire the operators who will define the next generation of enterprise AI software. You'll thrive here if you're entrepreneurial, creative, and driven to build a world-class go-to-market machine.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert on our GTM motion, product, and customers—you'll be able to pitch Superblocks to candidates with the fluency of a sellerUse best-in-class tools and strategies to source, engage, and nurture GTM candidates (AE, SDR, SE, Marketing, RevOps, CS, etc.)Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from outreach and qualification to closingCollaborate closely with GTM leadership to understand hiring goals, headcount plans, and team dynamicsStay on top of industry movements, competitor org changes, and market signals—and use them to generate pipelineDeliver an exceptional candidate experience and help refine our GTM interview process as we scaleOperate with urgency and attention to detail across every searchMust HaveExperience hiring for high-performing GTM teams at early-stage startupsCreative outbound sourcer with a strong track record of closing top-tier revenue talentAble to work on-site at our Union Square, NYC office 5 days per weekCurious, strategic, and highly analytical—you think like a business owner, not a recruiterPassionate about sales, marketing, and building go-to-market muscle from 0→1Always on the pulse of tech layoffs, funding rounds, and GTM org shifts—and know how to turn that into actionA clear communicator and strong partner to senior leadersCompensationThe base salary ranges between $120,000–$180,000 USD, plus a generous equity package.
