The Role
Growth marketing at Propel is at an exciting inflection point. We've laid the groundwork with early wins in paid acquisition, but we're still in the early innings of building a scaled, multi-channel growth program. This role provides a unique opportunity to drive a disproportionate impact on a business that is keenly focused on growth, while helping millions of low-income Americans who deeply value our product.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale user acquisition at Propel. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role responsible for driving sustainable, cost-effective growth through paid media and new channel exploration – working alongside a constellation of vendors and partners to bring strategy to life. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with brand, lifecycle, product, and data to turn growth into a durable, compounding engine for the business.
