Senior Graphic Designer - ASYSTEM : Job Details

We are seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join Mezcla's marketing team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to shaping Mezcla's visual identity across a diverse range of design projects. This full-time role is ideal for a designer skilled in translating brand stories into compelling visuals across print, digital, and packaging. Balancing creative vision with hands-on execution, you'll work closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure all outputs align with Mezcla's brand vision and strategic goals. As the lead designer, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on Mezcla's visual storytelling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the creation of digital and print designs, including product packaging, dielines, renderings, ecommerce graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure visual consistency across all channels, crafting visually compelling designs that align with our brand and resonate with our audience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with the ability to ask the right questions, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and leadership teams to develop cohesive design strategies that strengthen brand identity.
• Plan and lead photo shoots, including shot lists and prop sourcing, with a focus on product and food styling.
• Retouch brand photography and ensure consistent image quality across platforms.
• Address design challenges with innovative solutions that align with brand guidelines and respond to emerging trends.
• Work with printers and external vendors to ensure accurate production of physical design materials.
• Comfortable shooting and editing photography; same skills for video is a strong plus.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of relevant design experience, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven leader in owning and driving a brand's visual identity end-to-end.
• Proven expertise in graphic design, dielines, renderings, typography, color theory, and visual presentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience in building sales presentations, mood boards, and visual frameworks for brand initiatives.
• Curiosity and a deep understanding of design culture, with a knowledge of current, past, and future design trends.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to tackle design challenges.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
