Reporting to the Senior Art Director within the Marketing and Digital Communications Unit, you will work on projects that engage our audiences across social channels and websites. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, adaptable, and experienced in various digital formats. A portfolio of past work is required for all applications; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Responsibilities:Propose and develop ideas to boost engagement on social media and websites.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.Create animations and motion graphics for social media and email campaigns.Produce digital assets for multimedia advertising and marketing.Design infographics and data visuals for reports and social posts.Support print and digital multilingual assets with design and quality assurance.Ensure cohesive project execution aligned with objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.Qualifications:Knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, accessibility, motion, UX design, and print production. Skills in design standards, critical thinking, communication, organization, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Ability to manage multiple projects calmly and accurately. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of social media trends and experience with Adobe Premiere.Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and five years of experience.
