Job Details

The Senior Global Category Manager is a high-impact, highly visible position responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies. This role supports all organizational levels, focusing on categories related to device contract manufacturing and sterilization services. Key activities include supplier identification, qualification, negotiations, market research, and supplier relationship management to ensure value delivery and risk mitigation.

Essential Duties include:

• Developing global category-specific supply strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and supply base.
• Leading supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Managing contracts, supplier performance, and compliance.
• Performing market analysis and category management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Supply Chain; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Category Management within the Medical Device Industry, with a focus on Contract Manufacturing.
• Ability to travel internationally/domestically as required.
