Job Summary
As a Senior Global Business Process Owner with over 15 years of experience, you will oversee global planning and delivery processes related to Demand and Capacity in our operations. You will leverage your expertise in cloud demand and capacity management to optimize resources, ensure scalability, and maintain performance globally. Working with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design and implementation of systems that ensure our processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Leadership: Lead global demand and capacity planning processes; define and improve capacity strategies; collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business and technical goals.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as SME on capacity and demand planning, focusing on cloud hyperscaler environments; guide resource allocation, scaling strategies, and cost management; stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
- End-to-End Process Transformation: Lead transformation initiatives to optimize planning and delivery processes; design global supply chain workflows; re-engineer workflows to incorporate emerging technologies; analyze and improve existing processes; collaborate with IT for system implementation; identify and implement process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business units and IT; conduct training and workshops; act as primary contact for capacity-related inquiries.
- Forecasting and Planning: Develop forecasting systems; implement flexible capacity models for long-term and short-term needs.
- Cost Management: Collaborate with finance to optimize cloud capacity utilization; implement cost-saving strategies; continuously review resource usage.
- Global Collaboration: Standardize processes and tools across regions; lead cross-regional teams in project implementation.
- Risk and Compliance: Monitor risks; ensure practices comply with regulations and policies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 15+ years in capacity planning and resource management, especially in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
- Proven leadership in capacity management initiatives globally.
- Expertise in cloud resource management, infrastructure planning, and cost optimization.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and management tools.
- Experience with capacity planning platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring and scalability in cloud settings.
Education
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related; Master's or MBA preferred.
Certifications
- ITIL or relevant capacity management certifications are advantageous.

Our compensation ranges from $139,000 to $159,000, influenced by market, experience, and skills. We offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, parental leave, 401(k), flexible PTO, daily catered lunches, and a casual, innovative work environment.
Work Environment
