Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Raag Solutions : Job Details

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering • • Active P.E. license (any U.S. state) • • 5-10+ years of geotechnical engineering & construction-materials testing experience • • Proven ability to lead a technical team (engineers, geologists, technicians) • • Experience writing proposals, managing client relationships, and preparing geotechnical reports • • Strong verbal and written communication skills • • Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana Ideal Candidate: • • Strong background in geotechnical analysis, reporting, and team leadership • • Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role within a small but busy organization • • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
