If so, Related Companies, Luxury team is searching for an individual like you with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Senior General Manager! This opportunity is located at our luxury 39 story high-rise, Fifteen Fifty, located at 1550 Mission Street in San Francisco!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER
- Oversee day-to-day operations of both high-rise properties, ensuring excellence in service, maintenance, and resident satisfaction
- Lead and develop on-site teams including leasing, concierge, maintenance, and operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and hospitality.
- Create and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and capital plans, driving profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Execute strategic plans to improve property performance, occupancy, and resident retention across both communities
- Uphold and enforce company policies, fair housing laws, and compliance with all applicable local and state regulations.
- Serve as the face of the community, delivering a five-star living experience through personalized engagement and attention to detail.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure premium services and timely execution of maintenance and improvement projects
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to implement competitive pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and brand-enhancing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and stay current on the competitive landscape to keep both properties at the forefront of the luxury market.
COMPENSATION
- 125,000 - 135,000 / year
- Annual bonus tied to performance
- Housing can be provided
Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 8 years in property management, with at least 5 years in management or leadership role, ideally overseeing over 500 units.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven success managing high-rise, luxury, or Class A multifamily communities, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and resident satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of, building, mentoring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in a demanding, hospitality-driven environment.
- Strong financial acumen with experience developing and managing budgets, optimizing NOI, and leading capital improvement projects.
- Deep understanding of compliance standards, fair housing regulations, lease administration, and risk management best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with attention.
