We are seeking engineers to design, develop, and optimize AI solutions for real-world problems. The role involves working with deep learning, large language models, and multimodal variants, collaborating with internal partners, and contributing to open source projects like NeMo.

• Contribute to the open source NeMo framework
• Develop and maintain state-of-the-art GenAI models (e.g., LLMs, multimodal models)
• Work on large-scale distributed systems for AI training and inference
• Improve AI/DL libraries, frameworks, and APIs
• Research and develop tools and infrastructure pipelines
• Publish results on Github and in scientific publications

• PhD or Master's and 5+ years of experience in related fields
• Strong mathematical and AI/DL skills
• Proficiency in Python, experience with PyTorch or JAX
• Excellent debugging and performance analysis skills

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and multimodal models
• Knowledge of large-scale AI training and system performance
• Experience with inference/deployment tools like TRT, ONNX, Triton
• Understanding of GPU/CPU architecture
