In this key role, you will drivethe architectural evolution of our platform, leading the development of both weband mobile technologies. You will manage complex technical challenges and workclosely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the development and maintenance of high-performanceweb and mobile applications using React, ensuring robust frontendarchitecture.
• Architect, build, and enhance backend microservices using Node.js, focusingon performance optimization and scalability.
• Implement and oversee best practices in API design and development,prioritizing robustness and efficiency.
• Integrate state-of-the-art AI tools like OpenAI into development processes toenhance application functionality and efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes and Docker for containerization,ensuring smooth deployment and orchestration of services.
• Utilize AWS for cloud solutions and implement/refine CI/CD pipelines tostreamline workflow and delivery.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, offering constructive feedback touphold high code quality and adhere to industry standards.
• Solve complex architectural problems with creative solutions in amicroservices environment to enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providinginsights and strategic recommendations to drive project success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development with React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Advanced proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, including expertisewith PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Snowflake, and Redis.
• Expertise in API design and development, including robust experience with
• RESTful APIs and familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Experience with state management solutions such as MobX or Redux.
• Proficient in implementing and maintaining microservices architecture inproduction environments, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating AI tools like OpenAI, and familiarity with AmazonBedrock.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, including competent use of
• CI/CD practices.
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on overcoming complextechnical challenges.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to successfully manage andguide technical teams.
• Intermediate understanding of Agile methodologies to effectively manageproject workflows.
