About the Role:We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the Navy Performance Management Administration (NPMA) — a transformative system modernizing how the Department of the Navy evaluates performance and promotions. You'll help develop and scale this mission-critical application by building secure, cloud-native software and integrating it with key Navy platforms like RAISE, NIAPS, NIS, CANES, and ACS. This is part of a high-visibility effort aligned with the “Get Real, Get Better” (GRGB) strategy, led by NIWC Pacific and supported by HR specialists and I/O psychologists.
