We seek experienced senior software engineers with enterprise-scale shipping and commercial software release experience. As a senior team member, you will own products and features, build robust server-side solutions, and leverage technologies like React, Typescript, Java, SQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch. Your systems architecture expertise will guide technical decisions. This role offers significant career growth on management or technical leadership tracks.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand requirements for new features.
• Develop features using Java, SQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, and other technologies.
• Participate in on-call rotation, improving customer experience.
• Take end-to-end ownership of products or features.
• Enhance architectural strategies for front-end or back-end components.
• Review code and contribute to our deployment process.
• Coordinate with designers to understand technical constraints.
• Document technical specifications clearly.
• Test new technologies and discuss engineering improvements.
• Promote a culture of quality and rapid delivery.

• At least 4 years of experience with Java, .NET, or similar server-side languages.
• Proficiency in agile development and thorough testing.
• Experience with cloud features and front-end stacks like JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Deep understanding of databases, APIs, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
• Experience designing scalable B2B cloud applications and microservices.
• Supportive attitude towards junior team members and active participation in company initiatives.
• Building low-code platforms experience is a plus.

Compensation is competitive, with a target base salary of $145,000-$200,000 plus bonuses, stock options, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k.
