About the RoleWe're looking for a fullstack engineer to join a lean, high-performing team. In this role, you'll:
Collaborate with 2–3 other engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable code at a fast pace
Operate with autonomy—writing production-ready, bug-free code and making important technical decisions
Define technical specs and align with product, design, and engineering partners
Work with stakeholders to refine goals and ensure projects move forward smoothly
Contribute across the full stack: front-end, back-end, databases, and deployment
Make smart architectural decisions that support both current needs and platform growth
Participate in code reviews and design discussions to help raise the bar on team-wide development practices
What Success Looks Like
In 3 Months:You've contributed several features and are becoming fluent in the codebase and workflows.
In 6 Months:You've built across various parts of the platform and are delivering features that support both user and architectural needs.
In 9 Months:You're owning complex features end-to-end and mentoring others. You've become a trusted voice in planning, execution, and innovation.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in fullstack software engineering
Proficiency in a modern tech stack (our current setup includes: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Dart, Flutter, Node.js, Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS/GCP)
Experience with deployment automation, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
Clear communication and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
