As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Matcha team you will own user-facing features end-to-end from requirements gathering and design reviews to shipping, telemetry, and iteration. You'll live mostly in the frontend but aren't afraid to jump into backend code or work with smart contracts when it unlocks a better experience. You'll dig into product analytics, using data to guide decisions with our product and design partners to continuously improve Matcha.

• Craft delightful experiences – build, test, and deploy performant React/Next.js UI that makes complex DeFi interactions feel magical.
• Ship autonomously – take ownership of features and iterate quickly with design, product, and data partners.
• Push the frontier – keep abreast of the nascent and rapidly evolving blockchain space, and introduce innovative tools and products.
• Elevate the team – mentor peers, review PRs, and shape our engineering culture of intellectual honesty and long-term thinking.

• TypeScript, React, Next.js (Vercel)
• Node.js
• wagmi, viem, @solana/web3
• AWS, GraphQL, REST, Sentry, Grafana, Amplitude

• 5+ years building production web apps; you've worn the Senior badge.
• Fluency in TypeScript and modern React patterns.
• Strong command of HTML/CSS and browser performance fundamentals.
• Proven experience designing and consuming APIs (REST or GraphQL).
• Hands-on with Web3 tooling (wagmi, viem, ethers.js) or deep interest and the capacity to ramp fast.
• Passion for the benefits of decentralization and the 0x mission.

• Time-zone overlap with US Pacific ± 4 hours.
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience.

• DeFi power-user or contributor.
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Fullstory, or similar analytics suites.
• Observability chops with AWS, Grafana, Sentry.
• Solidity, EVM, or Solana experience.

• The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $230,000 + equity + ZRX tokens + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.
