Businesses of every size - from startups to public companies - use our software to collect data and manage their industrial operations more efficiently. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with a balanced skillset across both front-end and back-end technologies to join our innovative and collaborative development team. This role plays a key part in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications-both web and mobile-within a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React (including React Native) and .NET technologies and demonstrate strong leadership in development best practices, architecture design, and code quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack solutions across mobile and web platforms. Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to define, design, and deliver new features. Architect and implement reusable and modular components, APIs, and services. Maintain and improve code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Optimize performance for web and mobile applications to ensure scalability and responsiveness. Lead debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues across the stack. Support DevOps and CI/CD efforts for streamlined and consistent deployment processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing and technical growth. Remain current with industry trends and technologies and propose how they can be used to drive product improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally within Agile teams. Experience with API development and integration. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end workflows. Experience using Git or other comparable version control software. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with 2 days per week on-site. Proficient in prompt engineering and leveraging AI to enhance code creation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and serverless functions or managed services. Familiarity with Docker, containerization, or infrastructure-as-code principles. Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing strategies. Understanding of UI/UX principles, especially as they relate to enterprise applications. Exposure to real-time data streaming, performance monitoring, or analytics integration.
