Senior Full Stack Engineer – Healthcare Startups, NYC

The Firm:

We are working with a leading healthcare investment firm in New York that is building out a new team to focus on identifying and implementing AI solutions for internal teams and startups in their portfolio.

They are looking to hire experienced Full Stack Engineers who can lead the development of AI & Data-driven applications, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and helping to set the technical direction for this new team.

This person will be a founding member of the team, which is expected to grow to around 30 people over the next few years, providing a great opportunity to establish yourself as a technical leader within a high-impact group.

They're seeking someone with experience working in a small team (ideally within healthcare) with a high degree of ownership and who is comfortable working on 0-1 projects.

Salary range between $180k-$280k base salary depending on experience.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong skills in Python & React
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Familiarity with Databricks and PySpark is highly beneficial
• Experience in startups, specifically within the healthcare space, is highly desirable
