Senior FP&A Analyst - Veterans Staffing : Job Details

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for turning data into impactful business decisions? Our client, a highly successful organization in the Spirits space, is currently looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processeswith a strong focus on inventory and operational performance. In this high-visibility role, you'll partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that influence strategy and fuel growth. Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Lead annual budgets and quarterly forecasts across departments
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
• Conduct weekly cash flow analyses
• Monitor inventory trends and collaborate with operations and supply chain
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiative
• Prepare internal and external financial reports
• Ensure data accuracy across all financial systems and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
