We're looking for aSenior FP&A Analystto join our growing team and help support data-driven decision-making and strategic financial planning.Job SummaryAs aSenior Financial Planning&Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly and quarterly variance reports
  • Collaborate with department and facility leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Monitor key healthcare metrics including census, labor costs, and reimbursement trends
  • Conduct scenario modeling and ROI analysis for new initiatives
  • Support the annual budget process, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams
  • Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 4-6 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience; healthcare industry experience highly preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex financial modeling)
  • Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and healthcare financial metrics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and present insights to cross-functional teams
