Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis for data operations
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives (e.g. workforce planning, resource allocation)
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting efficiency
• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial insights with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of financial experience, ideally in FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Advanced Excel modelling skills; PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to deliver high-quality analysis under tight deadlines
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services or technology sectors
• Familiarity with Agile project management
• VBA and automation experience
• SAP or other enterprise finance systems
