Senior Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This high-impact role is critical in delivering deep, actionable insights through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to drive key business decisions. You will work closely with executives and senior leadership to influence strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a high-level proficiency in financial analysis. A strong foundation in financial and accounting principles (GAAP) is essential as you will be expected to synthesize financial data into meaningful insights and clearly communicate recommendations across business functions.
What You Will Do:
- Build, enhance, and maintain robust financial models to support business planning and operational decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts, budgets, and conduct variance analysis that informs strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Monitor and analyze key operational and financial performance indicators, identify trends, and recommend initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, and growth.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to support the development and execution of strategies aligned with financial objectives.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Planful, Power BI, Mode Analytics, and Snowflake (SQL) to integrate data across systems, build visual dashboards, and deliver impactful insights.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance drivers, business risks, and actionable opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures, with a focus on accurate, data-informed analysis of operational results.
- Lead or support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects that require strong business acumen and analytical depth.
What Experience/Education You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling, with a strong emphasis on operational performance and business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience using SQL, Power BI, Planful, Mode Analytics, and Snowflake.
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards; experience working with cross-functional partners and translating financial data into business impact.
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred but not required.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
- Collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Base Salary:
$120,000 - $140,000/yr. This range reflects the good-faith hiring base salary range for this position. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training.
Location:
This is a full-time role based at our corporate headquarters in Tukwila, Washington. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance, as on-site attendance is required two+ days per week.
