SPHS-Finance AdministrationThe Senior Financial Analyst will:Under general supervision, engages in all reimbursement and budget functions. These include preparation and maintenance of the Medicare Cost Report, Chapter 160 report, IRIS (Intern Resident Information System) submission, annual operating expense budget, monthly statistics and departmental P&L's, bi-weekly nursing labor flex analysis, variance analysis, initiative monitoring, and various other projects that may arise.Requirements:

• Four-year accounting degree is required.
• Two to three years' experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Familiarity with personal computer software is essential; RAS, Excel (intermediate to advanced skills highly preferred), Word, Power Point, Access, etc.

Salary Range: 68,266.00 - 112,632.00 USDWe offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data.
