The WorldWide SME&C Azure Finance team is seeking a strategic finance leader to drive impact in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape engagement with our smaller Customers and Partner ecosystem to maximize market opportunity for innovation and growth.

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will focus on strategic partnership, product-level financial insights, and field engagement. You will help the SMB Leadership Team navigate market opportunities, scale execution, and drive business performance across the global Azure business.

Responsibilities include:

• Construct meaningful analyses supporting Azure growth, workload adoption, and customer acquisition.
• Provide thought leadership on market dynamics and shape the SMB growth roadmap.
• Support design of Innovation Acceleration Program (IAP) and Area Performance Reviews (APR).
• Communicate financial and business performance to influence decision-making.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 2+ years, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year experience in a matrix-based organization.
