The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to support our Institutional Investor Portfolio Company. You will collaborate with the Finance Associate Director to drive performance and shape financial strategy.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Prepare standard monthly reports and analyses.
  • Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for division or group management.
  • Contribute to system and process improvements to enhance business intelligence.
  • Assist with the divisional/group monthly reforecasting, understanding performance metrics, and communicating insights effectively.
  • Support the annual budget process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Finance Analysts to incorporate complex accounting judgments into planning assumptions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

What We Look For:

  • BA/BS in Finance or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate FP&A.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports and projections.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
  • Experience with business case modeling focused on value creation.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and working in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
