• As a client Senior Finance Analyst, you ll apply advanced cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a complex portfolio of clients and properties.

ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order (PO) and Invoice Coordination

• Assist with PO approvals
• Track and maintain PO and invoice records
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing

Excel-Based Reporting

• Maintain smart sheets and financial trackers
• Compile savings reports and financial summaries
• Create pivoted reports and stakeholder-ready data views

Financial Reconciliation

• Reconcile accounts and cost centers
• Validate and clean invoice data (non-stock-related)

Expense Management

• First-line approver for expense reports
• Ensure proper expense coding and billing allocation

Ad Hoc Analysis and Support

• Assist Financial Analysts with multi-tasking and ad hoc analysis
• Contribute to custom reports and special projects

Process Knowledge

• Apply broad financial principles and workflows
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Required Skills and QualificationsEducation and Experience

• College graduate (minimum)
• At least 3 years of experience in finance

• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident presenter with stakeholder engagement experience
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Business insight to connect financial metrics with operations

Software Proficiency

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Excel (Intermediate to Advanced):
  • Use of formulas
  • Creation and manipulation of pivot tables
  • Report building

Work Environment

• Collaborates closely with Finance Manager and Financial Analysts
• Supports daily operational and financial reporting tasks
