Senior Event & Operations Planner:

Our client is seeking a Senior Event & Operations Planner to support the successful execution of high-impact business meetings and cross-functional events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and the creativity to solve logistical challenges. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and approaches problem-solving with foresight and cultural sensitivity.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Event & Operations Planner Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate large-scale executive meetings and cross-functional events, including agenda planning, logistics, and attendee management.
  • Manage scheduling across multiple leadership calendars, balancing competing priorities.
  • Partner with vendors to arrange catering, technology support, and other event needs, including purchase order processing.
  • Oversee onsite logistics such as room setup, audiovisual requirements, and hospitality.
  • Organize related social events to strengthen team connection and engagement.

Senior Event & Operations Planner Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event or meeting planning.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
