As Senior Event Manager, you are responsible for event documentation and coordination with Sales, hotel departments, and customers to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of all hotel events. This position primarily handles complex events and requires seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales. You will recognize opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and enhancements. You serve as the primary contact for the event planner after turnover and are responsible for their experience. You may also support and act on behalf of the Director of Events.
